Thanks for the comment. That is great that the higher mileage is treating you well. If you can get that and stay healthy everything else will come your way.

Thank you for your comment. I've been looking at your blog and all I can say is WOW all those treadmill runs (so long and fast!). I'm thinking the treadmill isn't such a "dreadmill" after all. However, since I use the one in my basement it can get a bit lonely, but if I sweat all over the place (like I did yesterday) at least I won't offend anyone;) Keep on running, your mileage is impressive!

So, I thought it was from they gym that I recognized you but I talked to Julie G. and figured out where it is from. My daughter Nicole used to go to Rosamond and was friends with and played soccer with Dorothy. But I have probably seen you at the gym too.
