12 miles at under 6:40 pace, that's cruising! and you're already over 66 miles for the week... way to go!

Thanks Cal, if the miles weren't downhill I would be much more stoked. I feel right on the fringe of being close to 3:00 given the downhills, but am not confident.

yeah, i feel like i'm right on the cusp for sub-3 myself. maybe if everything falls into place on race day...
