That's really something. I can't even do one pull-up. Do you think there's a connection between pull-up strength and running speed?

I don't know that running speed and pull ups have a connection. I can't do much either. I'm just doing the pull ups to try to get a broader scope of fitness and to support the pull up challenge: http://teena.fastrunningblog.com/blog-11-28-2008.html
