Are you doing TOU? Just thinkin' you really backed off on miles.

From RivertonPaul on Mon, Sep 15, 2008 at 17:35:06

Michelle -- I am doing TOU and SGM. I am in a semi-taper, it feels weird. Still have to figure out how to do them both effectively.

Thanks for the welcome. I use to go to Lifetime but I don't anymore. We built a great gym in our basement with mirrors and all. I was feeling guilty for spending so much money on that gym and never using it. Good luck to you for both marathons. Are you trying to break 3 at either of those?

Nice workout, and getting the core work in too. What's your next big race (SGM)?

Your a true iron man. Running, core work and back to back marathons. Your the man, great job!

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm running TOU and SGM. If all goes well, I will break 3:00.
