Current profile pic in upper left is Ogden around mile 8, I believe, showing me (with the dorky visor tilted to keep the sun out of my eyes), MattK, and Allie just behind before she blew out her knee.  (Other two women are 1st and 3rd place finishers.)

1.5 at 8:00.

One hour FIT class.  Class kicked my trash, but I'm feeling the force.

You seem to have recovered well from the Marathon already.

From RivertonPaul on Fri, May 22, 2009 at 11:51:13 from 67.42.27.114

Cal, thanks. I have to work on a muscle imbalance that became apparent after Ogden. For years I've kind of flared my right foot out to avoid pressure on my right big toe from a soccer injury. I've got to figure out how to straighten out my stride which of course uses different muscles than I have been using. Seems there is always something to do.

Yeah great pic. I at least was able to recognize 3 of the 5.:) Great workout.

OH, MAN!!! That old lady felt the force. ROFL!!!

From James W on Fri, May 22, 2009 at 13:12:01 from 12.151.72.1

ROFL!! I want to know where you get all of your cool pics and clips from! Is that the same visor you wore for SGM last year?

From RivertonPaul on Fri, May 22, 2009 at 13:15:38 from 67.42.27.114

James, I'm a visor geek and you are very observant. I got a couple as swag for participating in the Utah Grand Slam and have enjoyed them since. I like that I can pull it down at whatever angle to block the morning sun. Also, it helps when raining. My wife says I look like an old man with it in the pic.

Hey, pretty funny pic. Amazing how you can run so much and have a class kick your butt. That always happens to me too. Glad your doing well after the marathon.

I love the video Paul. I'm going to show my boys that when I get home. They are always playing light sabers.

They will think this is great. Nice workout visor dork. LOL I like visors as well. You get the shade without holding in the heat.

Great, I mean GREAT profile pic! What a handsome/beautiful looking crew! I'm enjoying the other pics/clips too! Way to get back into some good mileage this week.

This one made me laugh!

Too funny! I too am a convert to the visor after SGM this year.

An old hottie! :)

From DonGardinero on Sat, May 23, 2009 at 01:21:59 from 152.216.7.5

Awesome workout, Paul. I like visors, but I refuse to wear them because my balding head looks hideous in them.

From RAD on Sun, May 24, 2009 at 01:43:43 from 67.166.99.8

I hate to 'correct' you, but I'm pretty sure that was the photographer at mile 10.25 - Those were my last 'happy' pictures, it was at the top of the hill just after the pics that my ITB felt the force!!!

Nice job on those miles, I can't wait until I feel good enough to kick past 6!! and you're doing that PLUS a nasty class. Nice recovery!!!
