Did a "Big" workout for me, at least.  I've just been upping miles, but decided I should actually try something that is not just easy.  So first 7 easy pace 8:30, but all uphill (which I've neglected to do enough of and really felt in Park City) random incline program to 1.5 or 2.0 grade.  Then 2 at 7:00 followed by 2 at 6:40, 2 at 6:35, then finished with 2 at 7:30.  These miles were easier than the paces suggest, because I did them at a -3.0 decline to continue being familiar for the canyons.  Overall, good midweek 15.

That sounds like a great workout. I can't believe you've already run 37 miles since the marathon. (with no days off). Pretty amazing stuff!

This is a great workout this soon after PCM. With all the miles and effort you've been putting in this last while I'm betting you'll be seeing a major boost in your abilities soon. Just don't get hurt!

I thought getting in 10 miles at a snail's pace this morning was pushing it for me. You cranked out 15 with 4 at MP and 4 at threshold? Great job.

Holy Crap! And you just ran a marathon last Saturday. You are way out of my league man. Great job on the work out, you sound like you are ready to go sub-3 very soon. Good Luck. Like Tom said, Don't get hurt.

Your a BEAST! No pain? After a marathon, it hurts to even think about running. Were not worthy. Keep it up.
