Generally a nice weekend at the cabin.  Didn't get in a run yesterday, despite my desire, time and opportunity.  I felt it best to follow my own advice and not press a nagging injury into something worse.

20 very easy today, as my left foot seems to be doing better.

It would be so nice to just waste time chasing cars around our heads.

Nice run, glad the foot is feeling better. I think after those 20 you should be ready to go 'chasing cars' :)

Nice mileage!!! There probably aren't many cars around the cabin, right?

How might someone chase cars around their head anyways??? :)

Glad you enjoyed the holiday!

(Your miles so far this month are insane!!!)

So happy that your foot is doing better.

love the video. Thought it might be one of those "literal videos". Have you seen the the literal video of Bonnie Tyler's song Total Eclipse of the Heart? Close your eyes on a few words : D otherwise hilarious
