I'll log 11 miles of elliptical equivalent though my foot seems to be mending.  Felt like I needed to do something before church and heading off with the scouts to Camp Steiner tomorrow.

At camp, since I'm not a scoutmaster, I'm hoping to get away to just run.

Have a nice time at Steiner, looks like some good altitude training!

Those pics are gorgeous. Are they really of Camp Steiner or just some cool pics?

Btw, I hope you have designated someone to take over your blog while you are gone. Who's going to keep us entertained???

Have a great time. Be safe!

(Can you take Diet Mountain Dew on a scouting trip???)

Thanks for the kind reminder that I will undoubtedly be suffering from withdrawal from some things I love, including Diet Dew. :)

Looks very awesome up there! Paul, enjoy it my friend. Looks like a great opportunity for some incredible runs and mental re-charge. Take advantage of it!

Nice pics! I hope you get a chance to run up at camp. Running in the mountains at elevation is always an adventure.
