What kind of mileage are you hoping to put in each week for St George? Looks like you are going for 100 mile weeks...

When ever I feel any kind of twinge in a muscle I work it out or scrape it. Jump right on it, that is the only way I can stick to my plan of training. Ice is a runners best friend as well as somesort of massage tool or your own two hands.
