18 treadmill miles at 6:58 pace, but -3% decline.  I'll call it marathon pace, but it was really between easy and marathon pace.

Wowwie! 18 MILES! You are a crazy man. I assume this is your long run for the week.

Solid run. Hey, don't laugh. Dean Karnazes was going to use something like that to set some kind of record.

18 at 6:58 is great. You really are back into this training quickly. I guess all those classes you do kept you in shape to get right back into the long miles.

Thanks all for the comments.

Rhett, remember, I cheat by running on the decline, but the classes have kept my fitness relatively well. I'm trying to watch my diet better, too.

6:58 easy? Holy cow! Great job!

Where do you find these things, really???? They crack me up.
