6 easy.

Followed by one hour step interval class.

I'm just sort of maintaining myself from getting too far out of shape.  Seems when I cut back I replace workouts with eating, but its good for balancing out time with family.

Paul,

Are you running Boston this year? About how long until you start really training hard?

From Rhett on Thu, Dec 04, 2008 at 13:02:33

Family first. That is why I do so much of my running in the early morning hours before anyone is awake. Good job.

Yeah, family first. My mileage has dipped a ton because each gym class is about 8 miles I could have otherwise run, but its OK for cross training purposes. In addition, I've sort of slacked off a bit and am not doing any doubles in the evening and have missed some non-gym days. Oh, well, I'm not doing Boston so I'm just keeping some base.
