Great run today. Did you get in any running in DC?

Great job on the TM I really wish our gym had a decline!

i'm thinking about propping up the back of my TM by 3%.

Rhett, I didn't get to run any specific sites in D.C., I wasn't that prepared, and we stayed in Virgina with my sister-in-law's family. It would have been cool, maybe next time when we visit.

Kathie, I do like the treadmills. Fortunately they have correlated well to when I do go outside. And with the downhills they are great training. I just have to be sure to not only do downhill training.

Cal, I'm not coordinated to figure out how to prop up my home treadmill. Let me know how it goes.

18.5 miles on a Wednesday???!!! AWESOME!! Your quads must be steel tough now with that 8.5 miles of decline! Oh, love your "slide lunge" very cool with those shoes!
