Yeah, I'm running UVM, though my training has not been great. As you can tell, I've just been trying to maintain some fitness without killing my left leg.

Sorry for the late replies, I've actually been busy working -- I know, imagine that.

Mike, Strike class is a cardio/strength class where you have weighted gloves, do various punches, kicks, and other movements. The class also incorporates jump rope and weighted bars.

Rhett, goal for UVM will be again around 3:00. I've not recovered as well as I usually do so I'm a bit concerned but will give it a go.

Dale, I've learned that years an imbalance in my gait/stride has lead to a muscle imbalance which has resulted in my left calf being weaker than my right. I'm working to correct it, but it has been beat up pretty bad in both SGM and now Ogden. (Duh, took me a while to figure it out.)
