Finally broke down and ran the last two days as the pull of Maui was too much, despite the achilles tendon.

I was going to ask if you were back from Hawaii. I guess that answered my question. I have talked to Sasha about getting an iPhone App for FRB. I should start pushing it again cause I have that problem all the time. What kind of phone do you have?
