The one that is in Icelandic is funny! Good thing that it is because there are some good curse words in it!!!!! I went there on my mission so it was fun to listen to them!

Reminds me of the time I watched as a new missionary in Spain the moving Platoon which had just come out on video (yeah, I'm that old) and I didn't understand any of the swear words. About a year later, some investigator had the same movie on and by then I could understand all the swearing.

Paul, have I asked you about your mission before? I didn't remember that you served in Spain. I served in the Sevilla mission which is now the Malaga mission. Which mission were you in? I'm telling you, the more I get to know about you, the more we have in common. Weird. And BTW, what were you doing watching Platoon on your mission? :)

Rhett, en Madrid we did almost whatever it took, often making sacrifices, in order to get in a charla. :)

I hear you Paul. We often sacrificed and watched La Liga Football in the name of getting in a Charla. :)

Rhett, did the missionaries in Sevilla have a dessert called "caca de vaca" like we did in Madrid?

From Rhett on Fri, Apr 30, 2010 at 17:26:10 from 74.32.222.202

Laughing hard at the name, but no, I've never heard of it. Do tell what it is?

From RivertonPaul on Fri, Apr 30, 2010 at 17:29:42 from 67.42.27.114

It was delicious. You took a package of Principe cookies (those ones made of two sort of short bread cookies sandwiching a chocolate filling) and mashed them up. Then you mixed in sweetened condensed milk and put it in a pie tin to set up in a refrigerator. It came out looking like caca de vaca, but it was delicious!

Actually sounds good. Spanish pastries were the best, except for BojiCows (I'm sure the spelling is wrong there.) You know what I'm talking about though, the hotdog buns stuffed with chocolate. I was never a big fan, but I liked the Simpsons stickers you got with them.

Bollycoa from panrico. I was not a fan either, other than the collectibles. Of course, once again, you make fun of my age, even unknowingly as the Simpsons had not come out yet. :)
