1 mile 8:00.

One hour strike as well, no more running cause my toe got a blister in the VFF, which I am enjoying.

Well, I guess 1 mile is better than nothing.

Rhett, for some reason my mobile cannot post details. Oh, well. One hour strike as well, no more running cause my toe got a blister in the VFF, which I am enjoying.

I figured you had done more than just run. I'm glad you're liking the VFFs. Are they causing any problems with your soleous tendonitis? I tend to get little sores on my feet where the seems are when I wear my VFFs too long. Maybe I just need to wear them more so I can build up calouses.

Seems I am having more issues with skin rubbing and needing to build up resistance to the seams as well. My tendons actually feel better, like they are getting a stretch. Reminds me of the good old days playing soccer.

Glad your VFFs are helping to strengthen the tendons. Have a GREAT week!

Saw the one mile and started worrying that your tendon was acting up!!! Glad you are fine! :)

Is that you and your wife?

Their hairspray bill must be astronomical.
