Wouldn't it be cool to have things go in reverse sometime, like is often the case in music videos.

Mind if I ask why you are putting in any fast miles at all right now?

From RivertonPaul on Thu, Apr 22, 2010 at 12:27:15 from 67.42.27.114

Andy,

It seems that my achilles problems have come from distance/time on my feet, not necessarily speed, so I am trying to work up the miles. Since I am doing so few miles right now, I'm just throwing in some faster stuff to keep my sanity (I can pretend I'm in better shape than I am).

Math Mute Typical is one of my FAVORITE work out songs ever!!!! I love the lyrics and the beat!

It's good to see you running again. Yea!!! Are you still planning on Ogden?

From RivertonPaul on Thu, Apr 22, 2010 at 17:21:51 from 67.42.27.114

Rhett,

The reason I am running some miles is to see if my body is up to using Ogden as a training run. I would like to at least run Ogden with that in mind, but know it is sneaking up.

RP - glad to see you putting in some miles.

So, who's running UVM?

Obviously David Cook's video was shot pre-9/11 since he bid adieu to his belle at the gate...or he's a rock star.
