you're getting a lot of good workouts in. can't believe you can stay in that awful pool for 100 minutes. are you going to give the half a try on the 27th or hold off?

I'm swallowing my pride and will not be running the Riverton Half. Cross training just isn't the same, but it is better than nothing.
