I've thought about trying this class (but later - around 9ish). Any good suggestions on who is a good teacher? You must remember I'm a wimp!

You've done strike? Those weighted bars kicked my trash! I think it would've been better had I not gotten stuck with the 15 pound bar. Enjoy some of the aquatoning (hahaha) while you're down - you'll be back and kickin' it soon, and better off for the long run too! (no pun intended) What are some of your favorite classes? I may only have a month to get some of these in - I don't know how long my budget can afford Lifetime.
