Man you've been diligent with the pool running Paul. I've heard if you can handle doing it throughout the injury healing process then you won't lose much if any aerobic fitness. Then once you get the legs/feet used to the pounding again you'll be right back where you want to be.

Thanks, I should have started this pool running back in November. Live and learn. I've lost a lot of fitness in the interim but I finally feel like at least I can do something for longer than one hour.

I'm so impressed. I did water running this summmer when I was coming off my injury and no way I could do it that long without wanting to blow my brains out. Cool goggles!
