90 minutes pool running, although my cold is not quite gone I just had to do something. Last 30 minutes surrounded by about 30 scouts of various aptitudes working on their swimming merit badge.

You're a rock Paul! Well not in the pool. I mean with your mental fortitude to keep at the cross training. How is that tendon doing. Does it bother you when you walk around or only if you try to run?
