YAY for miles, and assuming they were pain free? I know what those first miles in weeks feels like, I'm glad you got them in and they were good! Keep up that pool running and you can be aquaman!

Achilles is still not 100%, but I can't wait forever. Good thing today was not painful, but, Cal, I am not in running shape. Problem is I want to run more, but need to hold back.
