14 at 8:30.

Enjoyed watching my two oldest march in the Bluffdale parade.  I love the small parades, so casual and lots of candy!

For some reason I cannot enter text on my mobile. Waiting for my kids to play in the Bluffdale parade with the band. 14 average pace 8:30. Lovely Day. Got home and posted on the blog.

Great run Paul. Well, after thinking and re-thinking, I signed up for Des News.

Run forest, run. You rack up the miles.

14 miles and a parade -- what more could you ask for???

Happy Father's Day!!! :)

Hope it was a great one!
