That is NOT boring TM run. Check out all those "hills" and great mp miles. Are you still in Georgia?

GOOD LUCK w/ work! Can't wait to see those crazy fun you-tubes posts of yours again! :)

You being able to run 21.1 miles is very exciting. How is the leg feeling?

Sweet mid-week workout Paul. Nice miles for a Wednesday and nice you can hold MP for 12 on the mill.

Andy,

I was glad to get past 20, even though I had to do it in doubles. Achilles is much better than 10 weeks ago. I am feeling alright as far as running speed, I just don't have the endurance/leg strength from I would have if I could get in some real longer runs.

I'm very impressed with this run being that you have run so little as of late. Looks like you will be ready for a nice training run at Ogden and then join me for a PR at UVM.

Paul,

looks like you are dooing good. I hope to see you at Ogden.

Thanks

Rich
