Went to the pool to pool run at 5:15, since the web page said that was when the pool opened.  Unfortunately, it didn't open until 6:00, so I only had time for 60 minutes of deep water pool running.

Nice pic! Funny how the water distorts the shape of your head :) Where did you do the running at? I've done it at SJ rec center and their small deep end drives me crazy! Pool running is a great workout though.
