One hour strike.

3 easy cool down.

Note, I did have 44 ounces of the real Diet Mtn Dew on the way to work.

8 very easy.

I admit, I was switching between watching LaBron and the biggest loser.  So,  come on, who is your favorite Bob.

or Jillian?

7.5 at 8:00, random inline to 1.5% (feeling fine).  As soon as I stepped up the pace to 6:58, -2.5% decline, my legs were trashed (I guess all the lunges on Monday in Strike took an effect).  So, I only did 4 miles at that pace before finishing with 2.5 easy at 8:00.  I suppose this was one of those days where being on the treadmill made it too easy to cut the run short.  However, at the same time, I didn't press myself to injury as I have in the past by ignoring the warnings of trashed legs.

I suppose I'll just have to wait until another run to be an animal.

I wish I had the same trouble as Sean Combs in finding a small bill.
