I'm just sort of maintaining myself from getting too far out of shape.  Seems when I cut back I replace workouts with eating, but its good for balancing out time with family.

One hour Strike class.  This is the fourth time (and third different instructor) that I have been to this class and it seems to get better.  I'm hoping it helps my core.

One hour 50/50 class (half is cardio half dynamic strength).  The class involves a lot of stuff like burpees, jump roping and various lunges.

At 4:50 this morning my car wouldn't start, so I got back in bed.  Oh, well, dang cough won't go away anyway.

Jumped the car, took it to the shop, they said the battery was fine.  Guess I'll see.

Car has been starting fine.

1 mile easy.

3 pull ups.

One hour 50/50 class -- pretty good class.

3 pull ups (barely), then some assisted pull ups, 4 with -50, 4 with -70, and 4 with -90.

3 miles easy, then decided to close the run by throwing in 2 faster miles at sub 7:00 pace progressively increasing pace until finishing the last half at about 5:30 pace.
